Orders can be placed on the Scratchers Website which is secured by
PayPal and Google Checkout. 

All major credit cards are accepted, new accounts do NOT need to be created.
Orders may also be placed over Skype.

An invoice with your order will be emailed after you have completed your transaction.
PayPal or Major Credit Cards are accepted. 
If necessary, PayPal will perform any currency conversions.
Use our US site for $USD, Canada site for $CAD
Using the correct site will give you a more accurate shipping cost, but orders can be place from any site, regardless of buying location.
International buyers can use either the Canadian or American site.

Once electronic payment has been received your order will be packaged within three business days and sent via Canada Post.  All orders over $100 from the United States and Canada will receive a tracking number and insurance for their package.
Please contact Scratchers if you require expedited shipping.

Items are shipped from Canada or the United States. Please be aware of any shipping exceptions for your district as there may be additional duties or other provincial/state/federal expenses. By using this website site you agree to all terms stated within the domain (including subdomains)

Purchases and Ordering:

1. There is no fee to cancel or modify an order prior to order finalization.
2. An order is considered finalized after it has been shipped. After shipping of the order occurs, additional fees may be incurred by the buyer to modify or cancel an order. Please see cancellation and modification of an order for further details.
3. To the discretion of BeautifulScratchers.com, orders may be modified to give the same or greater volume product at no additional cost to the buyer. Eg. If a 5mL polish was ordered, you may receive a 15mL at no additional cost.

Payment and PayPal or Google Checkout:

1. All transactions are secured by PayPal or Google Checkout, whichever you select. No personal information, other than necessary information for the completion of the transaction is kept by Scratchers.
2. All major credit cards are accepted through the PayPal/ Google interface.
3. BeautifulScratchers.com participates in the PayPal/Google buyer/seller protection program to ensure complete satisfaction of our customers.

Shipping:

1. Orders will be processed typically within 1 to 3 business day.

2. Shipping times are variable and are contingent on the post office. 

3. Shipping is provided by Canada Post or the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise stated.

4. Requests for alternative shipping providers may be arranged by contacting Scratchers at 

info@beautifulscratchers.com

5. Rush orders are available, along with overnight delivery; once again, please contact  

info@beautifulscratchers.com to arrange your order.

6. The buyer is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or other miscellaneous expenses that may be present. All buyers are encouraged to contact their local authorities for details on any additional fees that may be present.

7. Any tracking numbers are provided are not in “real time” status indicators and may take up to two business days to update
8. International delivery time is variable.  Estimated delivery time outside of Canada and the United States is 6 weeks.  For this reason, expedited shipping is highly recommended for delivery to occur in 4 weeks or less.
9.  Delivery time within Canada and United States does not exceed 4 weeks.

Cancelling an Order or Order Modification:

1. Cancellation or modification of an order can occur by contacting info@beautifulscratchers.com

2. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled or modified prior to shipping.

3. There is no fee for cancelling an order or modifying an order prior to shipping.

4. If the order has already been shipped, please see refund and exchanges for further details.

5. BeautifulScratchers.com has right to cancel any full or partial order and will provide a refund of the cancelled items

Refunds and Exchanges:

1. All orders with an item value over $25 can be returned for a refunded within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact

info@beautifulscratchers.com prior to sending back your package.

2. For exchanges, the item(s) must be received first prior to the new item being sent out.

3. All returned items must not have been used and in resalable condition.

4. It is the sole discretion of the seller whether the item is returned in resalable condition and whether returned/exchanged items received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

5. The buyer is responsible for return fees, levies, duties, or other miscellaneous expenses.
6.  Any "free", "contest material" or similar items are not subject to refunds, exchanges or any further type of remuneration.  This includes materials lost/damaged in transit.
